Ashlea has built a reputation for breaking crime stories and has covered some of the nation’s highest profile cases including the Lindt Café Siege, the disappearance of William Tyrrell, Parramatta terror shooting, Schapelle Corby deportation and Sydney’s ongoing gangland war.
Ashlea has travelled the world reporting on a wide ranging mix of international stories including the 2017 deportation of convicted drug smuggler Schapelle Corby, Hurricane Lane hitting Hawaii and Aretha Franklin’s funeral. Ashlea has also completed placements in Channel Seven’s Los Angeles Bureau.
